When big emotions hit…tools to stay grounded & guide your kids
You know the moment—your kid goes from zero to a hundred in an instant. One second everything is fine, the next you're in the middle of a full-blown meltdown, and you're doing everything in your power to keep your cool…but you feel it slipping.
This workshop is for the moms who are doing the inner work—healing, growing, showing up for themselves—and who also want tools to help guide their kids through emotional overwhelm with more confidence, presence, and connection.
Together with other moms, also in the trenches, we’ll learn:
How to spot the early warning signs of a meltdown
How to identify your own emotional and body responses when your child’s behavior escalates
3+ practical, evidence-based tools to de-escalate behavior before it explodes
You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of the behavior escalation cycle in children—what to look for before the blow-up, how to regulate yourself during it, and what to do after to support repair and connection. From toddlers to teens, the skills that you’ll learn can be applied across the parenting lifespan. We’ll combine expert guidance with collaborative mom-to-mom reflection, for a truly transformative evening.

In this live, online course, we’ll utilize didactic, experiential, and guided self-reflection to increase awareness of how generational cycles perpetuate and learn to become intentional about how we show up for our children and ourselves.

Befriending Your Nervous System and Releasing the Past
Panic? Rage? Numbing of one kind or another?
What happens to your system when you flip to autopilot?
Do you ever wonder why that is? Or where that came from?
Do you ever feel like you can see the patterns but you just can’t stop the loop? Do you look at your family and think, “Well, I know I don’t want that” but you don’t see any examples of what you DO want? If you learned growing up that your emotions were too big—if no one in your life taught you that it was okay to feel—if you’ve always felt that there had to be an easier way, but no one was there to show you—HERE is where you start.
This class is for adults who are ready to cultivate an intentional relationship to emotions and who want to feel more control over their mind-body connection. In this live, online course, we’ll utilize didactic, experiential, and guided self-reflection to cultivate the compassion needed to befriend your nervous system. We’ll look at generational patterns and why they develop in order to gain awareness of why we do the things we do. And we’ll practice gently slowing down to reorient your nervous system to rest, comfort and soothing.
