This 90-minute video class is for adults who are ready to cultivate an intentional relationship to emotions and who want to feel more control over their mind-body connection. Using simple lessons, soothing practices, and guided journaling, you’ll learn why your body does what it does when it’s stressed and how to interrupt the loop.
We’ll look at family patterns and why they develop, so you can deepen your understanding and self-compassion. And then, we’ll practice gently slowing down to reorient your nervous system to rest, comfort and soothing.
You’ll also receive a 15-minute, 1:1 video consultation with the presenter for follow-up and further support.
